  1. Can I change my username?
    Unfortunately, change of username is not permitted. The only way to do so would be to terminate the existing account and set-up a new one. However, you can set-up additional email addresses for your RealProEdge account i.e. aliases. Each alias is $1.00 to setup and an extra $0.75 per month. Right now, the only way to setup an alias is to contact us: support@RealProEdge.com

  2. Can I have my RealProEdge account retrieve my emails from my other email accounts?
    Yes! RealProEdge supports consolidation for the following type of email accounts: 1) Hotmail 2) Yahoo! Mail 3) MSN 4) AOL 5) Earthlink 6) Mindspring 7) Juno 8) All POP3 accounts 9) All IMAP accounts

    If your email account does not fall under any of the above given 9 types, you cannot retrieve emails from that particular account. You may then wish to forward emails from those email accounts if possible.
    To set-up consolidated accounts, please login into your account through the webmail interface and goto Settings->Setup Consolidator Accounts.
