  1. I am unable to send emails from my email client.
    Please make sure that you are using SMTP.REALPROEDGE.COM to enable SMTP authentication and set outgoing SMTP port to 2500 instead of default 25. You will find all of these configuration options where you configure the outgoing SMTP Server Address.

    If you are still facing any issues, please submit a support ticket via the webmail interface (Contact Us) from the left side menu.

  2. I can't connect to RealProEdge with my email client using IMAP
    Make sure that you are setting up your email client with the following options

    - Incoming IMAP Server set to imap.realproedge.com
    - Outgoing SMTP Server set to: smtp.realproedge.com
    - Correct FuseMail username/password is entered.
    - IMAP port set to 143
